Trading services
EEC (Trading and Services) shall take on his behalf the necessary steps for activating the system of V.A.T. warehouse with fiscal representation for his products.
When this system is activated, our Argentinean customer shall ship to Antwerp a limited stock of his products (2, 3 … pallets).
His products will be taken into delivery by the logistical partner and stored in one of its warehouses, the latter and the fiscal representative shall also accomplish the customs formalities and other administrative tasks pertaining to the import as well as settle the customs duties on behalf of our customer.
EEC (Trading Services) shall follow up these operations and keep our customer informed.
Our customer wishes us to manage this stock (optional) : EEC (Trading Services) shall proceed with it and communicate him a monthly stock movement sheet.
EEC (Trading Services) shall take the proper actions in view of closing the first sales for our Argentinean customer and will regularly report to him about the progress of these actions.
The disposal of a stock of his products in Belgium shall favour their introduction with his potential commercial partners who can among others proceed with test orders which could be delivered to them nearly instantly.
EEC (Trading Services) shall also provide our customer with financial information about companies whishing to purchase its products and if ordered by him, (optional) provide the proper legal assistance with respect to the negotiation and drafting of sales and/or distribution contracts.
EEC (Trading and Services) shall coordinate and follow up the first deliveries by the logistical partner to our customer’s buyers/distributors.
Once our customer penetrated the European Market, EEC (Trading Services) can assist him with respect to the follow up of his business and further commercial expansion in Europe and/or provide him specific optional services such as management of his stock, merchandising, promotional actions with customers, legal assistance …
