If instructed, EEC (Trading Services) shall then proceed with the next stage of our method.
In view of an efficient and active search of your future commercial partners we will assist you in the setting up of a logistical platform in a V.A.T. warehouse with fiscal representation.
This will enable you to constitute hence a limited stock of your targeted products.
Experience has indeed shown that the presentation of products not yet distributed in Europe but immediately available for potential European commercial partners is a very efficient approach.
This limited stock allows to perform tests on the markets, test orders ….
To diversify the range of your potential partners (e.g. retailers, caterers) ….
The V.A.T. warehouse doesn’t necessarily require the raising of a huge stock. Your products can be forwarded in consolidation mode, the amplitude and status of your stock can evolve in function of your concrete commercial expansion (see for more details : V.A.T. warehouse).
EEC (Trading Services) shall then proceed with the appropriate active search of your initial commercial partners for distributing your products in the selected markets.
EEC (Trading Services) can in a next stage be entrusted with the further development and follow up of the distribution of your products in Europe.
EEC (Trading Services) also offers a range of specific optional services that may appeal to you at one or another stage of your penetration and expansion on the European market : management of your stock, assistance for the putting into conformity of your packing, assistance for trade fairs, merchandising, promotional actions with your customers, legal assistance (contracts and negotiations with your commercial partners, claims and recoveries of debts).
